If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@zenvrastore.com before we ship your package, but within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this period, your order may already be processed and shipped.
In that case, you can still return it under our 60-day money-back guarantee once received.

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
If you’re not satisfied with your order, simply email us at info@zenvrastore.com to initiate a return.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
💰 When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please check with your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.
⚠️ What if my item is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@zenvrastore.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
🛡️ Is there a warranty on Zenvra products?
Yes. All Zenvra products include a 6-month limited warranty covering defects caused by normal, intended use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, physical impact, or water exposure.
